CONTRIBUTING TO THE MELANOMA EDUCATION FOUNDATION
SPECIAL EVENTS AND MEETINGS
The Melanoma Education Foundation is a 501(c ) (3) non-profit organization. Contributions are deductible from Federal income taxes to the maximum extent consistent with IRS regulations and individual taxpayer cicumstances.
Your financial support provides life-saving service to high school and middle school students. MEF has no administrative salaries. There are several ways to contribute.

Contributions in lieu of special occasion gifts
If you are planning a wedding or other celebration and would like your guests to contribute to a life-saving charity in lieu of gifts please consider designating the Melanoma Education Foundation. Children who ask their friends to contribute in lieu of birthday gifts will receive certificates of appreciation and personal thank you letters from the MEF president.

If you are thinking of selling or trading your car, truck, RV, or boat, consider donating it the Melanoma Education Foundation instead. Car donations are tax deductible, and proceeds from the sale of your vehicles help support our life-saving programs. Nenny Necklaces

In memory of Jennifer Linscott Tietgen (Aunt Nen), who died of melanoma at age 27 in 2002, her niece, Camier Hall, makes colorful necklaces and sells them to support education and research. Necklaces may be ordered online at www.nennysnecklaces.org.

Punctuated by a ballad, dedicated to melanoma awareness and the memory of the composer/artist's wife.
