SPECIAL EVENTS AND MEETINGS

The Melanoma Education Foundation is a 501(c ) (3) non-profit organization. Contributions are deductible from Federal income taxes to the maximum extent consistent with IRS regulations and individual taxpayer cicumstances.

Your financial support provides life-saving services. Contributions are used for services only; MEF has no administrative or fundraising salaries. There are several ways to contribute.

Apply to Run in ING New York City Marathon (approval for aditional runners received)

The Melanoma Eduction Foundation has waivers for 2 additional charitable runners to participate in the
ING New York City Marathon on November 7 in addition to the 8 runners already enlisted.

If you are planning a wedding or other celebration and would like your guests to contribute to a life-saving charity in lieu of gifts please consider designating the Melanoma Education Foundation. Nenny Necklaces

In memory of Jennifer Linscott Tietgen (Aunt Nen), who died of melanoma at age 27 in 2002, her niece, Camier Hall, makes colorful necklaces and sells them to support education and research. Necklaces may be ordered online at www.nennysnecklaces.org.

Punctuated by a ballad, dedicated to melanoma awareness and the memory of the composer/artist's wife.
